These Terms & Conditions govern your use of quilluxmedia.com and, where you engage Quillux Media for services, your working relationship with us. By using this site or signing up for a service plan, you agree to these terms.
Services
Quillux Media provides social media handling, content creation, editing and design, website development, and performance marketing services, delivered under Foundation, Growth or Scale plans, or a custom scope agreed in writing. Exact deliverables, timelines and pricing for your engagement are confirmed separately with you before work begins.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees. Prices shown on this site exclude GST, which is charged as applicable. Invoices are due as agreed at the start of the engagement; continued access to services may depend on timely payment.
Content approval
We share content for your review and approval before anything is published or a paid campaign is launched. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, and for anything specific to your business (claims, pricing, regulatory requirements) that we would not reasonably know without your input.
Client responsibilities
To deliver services on schedule, we rely on timely access to accounts, brand assets, approvals and feedback from you. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.
Cancellation
Either party may end the engagement with written notice as agreed in your specific service agreement. Fees already paid for work completed or in progress are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, content created specifically for your business under your plan becomes yours to use. Quillux Media retains the right to display completed work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver measurable results through sound strategy and execution, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as follower counts, leads, or ad performance), as these depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and market conditions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
